Palmarhea Jewelry Refund Policy

At Palmarhea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your jewelry, we offer a fair and flexible refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Custom or personalized items and earrings are not eligible for refunds

How to Return Items

1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Carefully package the item(s) to be returned and include the RMA number.

3. Ship the package back to us at your expense.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
