At Palmarhea, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  

1. Unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
2. In its original packaging, including any tags, certificates, or additional items (such as pouches, boxes or polaroid picture).
3. Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please note: The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds due to hygiene reasons:

• Earrings
• Custom or engraved pieces
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@palmarhea.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@palmarhea.com with your order details.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
